What We Know About Obesity?


Obesity is when weight loss exceeds 20 percent of hundreds of our ideal. This occurs because of calories into the body's excess calories are needed. It will lead to accumulation of fat is divided certain parts of the body.

Individual obesity  can be categorized into 3 types
Obesity by  Water
·         Body content to many water and soft due to the moisture content is not required over the body.
·         Body will feel tired and panting/puffing  faster when performing daily activities.
Obesity by Wind
·         Stomach feels full/choked sometimes difficult to remove the “wind” out
·         Prone to headaches
Obesity by meats
·         Body feels heavy and solid
·         Easy tired when performing daily tasks
·         Reduction process somewhat slower than those of water or wind, this fat because fat in the body becomes saturated with the meat and lumpy
·         Reduction process through sweating
